Newport Sudanese Community Rights and Responsibilities

The committee will be responsible for conducting and/ or participating in conferences and seminars with official and charitable bodies within the UK.

Exchange information with similar organisations, either locally or nationally.

The committee has the right to publish and/ or print any document(s) that is of interest to the community without breaking copyright laws.

The committee has the right to invest the funds of the community to achieve the optimum utility of the money/resources within the charity laws.

The committee may collect, contributions and donations on the condition that the collected money is not used to gain profit or be involved in any other commercial activities.

The committee has the right and the responsibility to apply for loans, grants and other opportunities available by law and the objectives of the community.

The committee has the right to collect donations and conduct open days for this purpose in accordance with the law and the objectives of the community.

The committee has the right to employ people from or outside the Sudanese community to carry out certain tasks within and in accordance with the law.

.تبادل المعلومات مع المنظمات المماثلة ، سواء محلياً أو وطنيًا •
.يحق للجنة نشر و/ أو طباعة أي مستند(مستندات) تهم المجتمع دون خرق قوانين حقوق النشر •
.يحق للجنة إستثمار أموال المجتمع لتحقيق المنفعة الأفضل للأموال / الموارد ضمن قوانين الأعمال الخيرية •
.يجوز للجنة جمع التبرعات والمساهمات بشرط عدم أستخدام هذهِ الأموال المحصلة لكسب الربح أو المشاركة في أي نشاط تجاري آخر •
.للجنة الحق والمسؤولية في التقدم بطلب للحصول على القروض والمنح وغيرها من الفرص المتاحة وفقا للقانون وأهداف المجتمع •
.يحق للجنة جمع التبرعات وإجراء أيام مفتوحة لهذا الغرض وفقا للقانون وأهداف المجتمع •
. للجنة الحق في توظيف أشخاص من الجالية السودانية أو خارجها للقيام بمهام معينة داخل القانون ووفقا لهُ •
